Shipping & Return Policy
Dispatch Details
All orders placed are subject to stock availability. If at item ordered is not in stock at point of ordering, every effort will be made to procure items from available suppliers. If dispatch has not occurred within 5 working days of an order being placed, our team will contact customers and provide information with estimated dates of fulfilment.
Delivery Timeframes
All items are shipped preferably by air although we reserve the right to ship through surface mode at our discretion and wherever not explicitly promised.
Shipping times may vary depending upon the customer location and also determined by size and weight of all combined items.
Returns Information
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however in the rare occasion that you are not, we do require notification via email within 7 working days after delivery of your order. Please write to gear.sol-india@stellantis.com and once your return request has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with our returns procedure. You will then have a further 7 working days to return the goods back to us.
Return/ Exchange will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer's possession
- The product is not different than what was shipped to the customer
- The product is returned in original condition (with all tags, MRP stickers intact, original packaging)
- Return has been initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Products are not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page or are not bought at discount or during sale
- Size exchange is allowed only once and there are no shipping charges on the exchange
Faulty Goods
We provide you with a 6 month warranty on accessories purchased online. If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty we will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. For faulty items, we will examine them or we may have to return them to the manufacturer for examination.
Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged please notify the courier immediately. Items damaged in transit or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the courier. When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods.
Procedure / Refunds
To request a refund, please put your request in writing on our Contact page. We are unable to accept such a request by telephone. Once we have received your email, you shall receive an Returns email including returns instructions. Please note that these email's may fall into junk/spam folders.
All items will be inspected once returned. We reserve the right to offer a partial or no refund if a returned order shows signs of damage, wear or mishandling resulting in a diminished value.
Once a refund is authorised, please allow up to 14 calendar days for the refund to be processed. Please then allow a further 2-3 working days for the funds to show in your account. For full details on our returns procedure please contact us.
